You will lead the reorganization of Bosch's resident engineer teams stationed at major automotive customer locations (Tochigi, Kanagawa, Aichi, etc.) into a stronger organization.
To support the technical and professional development of team members, we support their growth through guidance and coaching.
You will be the key liaison between Bosch's global team and the customer's engineering team.
Lead the alignment of Bosch project objectives with customer expectations and timelines.
Facilitate smooth communication between organizations for problem resolution and escalation management.
At each customer location, we build stable local teams that put customer needs first.
We ensure quality, delivery, and efficiency in project execution and continually improve business processes.
You will serve as Bosch's main leadership point of contact at your engineering site.
We build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers' stakeholders and aim for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Explore and identify opportunities to further expand Bosch's business within customer relationships.
You will also contribute to localization strategies, such as optimizing global solutions to meet Japanese market needs.

Ability to accurately problem solve and make decisions under changing circumstances.
