Role Summary

What actually happens behind the scenes to ensure that thousands of employees receive their salaries correctly and on time? This is exactly where our payroll team comes into play.

As a working student (m/f/d) in Payroll & HR Operations at Redcare Pharmacy, you will get a direct insight into the world of payroll accounting in a fast-growing, international company - and you will be right in the middle of it right from the start. You won't just watch: You will work with real personnel data, support our payroll processes, help solve everyday challenges and, over time, take on your own tasks and areas of responsibility.

What makes this position particularly exciting: Payroll connects people, finance, data and technology. You will learn how employee data from HR systems gets into payroll, how salary data is checked and coordinated and how everything ultimately interacts with finance and treasury. At the same time, you get insights into Workday, modern payroll technologies and transformation projects - and therefore much more than classic HR administration.

You have a lot of space to make a difference yourself. The better you get to know our processes, the more we want you to ask questions, question existing processes and contribute your own ideas. Whether it's about simplifying a process, improving documentation, identifying automation potential or supporting testing of a new system - your perspective counts.

Previous knowledge of payroll is an advantage, but not essential. What's more important is that you are curious and structured, like working with data and want to understand how things work behind the scenes. In return, you will gain practical experience that can open up exciting perspectives in Payroll, HR, Finance, Data, Technology or Business Transformation - and work closely with experienced colleagues in an international environment.
