Role Summary
During your internship, you will immerse yourself deeply in our process landscape, map and visualize it in order to clearly represent complex relationships.
Based on the process map, you will develop precise, understandable and visually appealing instructions for our SAP applications in order to convert complex processes into clear, actionable steps.
As an internal communications hub, you talk to specialist departments, collect information in interviews and workshops and create a common understanding of process optimization.
You ensure that documentation is always up to date and accurate, and promote a corporate culture in which knowledge is shared and used.
Last but not least, you provide valuable feedback from the user perspective in order to continuously improve our processes and the usability of the SAP system.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in business administration, engineering, computer science or comparable
- Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office, initial experience with SAP is an advantage
- Personality and way of working: you manage to work independently and conscientiously, always being solution-oriented and goal-oriented; You contribute in a team-oriented manner, are enthusiastic about new topics and communicate clearly in order to quickly grasp and understand processes
- Day-to-day work: Presence in the office required
- Languages: business fluent German and English, spoken and written
