Role Summary
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our Lutterworth site on a full time permanent basis.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating.
As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Responsibilities
- Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator
- Daily PID checks.
- Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
- Investigation into customer complaints.
- ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
- Stock checks.
- RDT direct system uploads.
- Audit traceability exercise completion.
- System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
- Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
- Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
- Good Communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
- Team player attitude.
- Previous admin/stock control experience.
- Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.
