W&D Capacity Planning Specialist

Role Summary

Your main challenge will be to design and ensure the accuracy of in-house logistics planning models, maximizing the efficiency of our infrastructure.

Design, structure and execute the Capacity Planning model for warehouse and distribution center operations, internalizing world-class analytical tools.

Calculate and project the exact need for resources (FTEs, machinery and positions) by week, day and shift, guaranteeing the balance between capacity and demand.

Identify bottlenecks in Inbound and Outbound operational flows, proposing improvements based on the analysis of productivity data.

Quickly adjust capacity projections in the face of market fluctuations or commercial actions, protecting the ecosystem service level.

Requirements

• Experience managing logistics operators (3PL) (must-have).
• Management of logistics management tools such as WMS/TMS.
• Own mobility to be able to move to the different distribution centers (must-have).
• 4x1 hybrid scheme: 3 times a week to the Distribution Center (South Zone), 1 time to the office (Nuñez) and 1 remote day.
