The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy. This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with key quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews.

This role is a great fit if you have training, experience, and expertise in treating clients (young adults and adolescents) with mood and anxiety disorders in an intensive outpatient program setting, as well as a commitment to evidence-based and culturally responsive care, clinical quality assurance, experience in administrative and clinical management of licensed independent mental health providers and case managers, and developing high performing teams.
