At Dominion Dynamics, we build systems that hold up where everything else fails — the coldest, hottest, most contested environments on Earth. If you've operated in places where the plan meets reality and the gear has to work, you already understand the problem we're solving.

Our team includes veterans of the Canadian and allied armed forces, alongside people who've built at Anduril, Amazon, and Google. We move at Silicon Valley speed, engineer to Waterloo standards, and keep national security at the center of everything we ship.

If you've worn the uniform, you know things that can't be taught in a classroom: ownership, clarity under pressure, mission over ego, and what it actually means to depend on the people next to you. We're building a company that runs on those things — and a mission where they still count.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You served in the Canadian Armed Forces, and you're looking for your next mission. Maybe your trade was combat arms, intelligence, engineering or a technical trade, logistics or ops, aviation or naval systems, comms or cyber.

Maybe you're not sure how it all translates to industry. That's our job — we do this translation for a living, and we're good at it.

WHAT YOU MIGHT WORK ON

There's no single lane here. Depending on your background, you could deploy and support systems in real-world conditions, drive operations, or work alongside government and procurement teams.

If you've ever stood in the field and thought "there has to be a better way to do this" — this is where you build it. Depending on your background, you could:

• Support and deploy systems in real-world environments
• Work on drones, sensors, or surveillance systems
• Help integrate hardware and software into field-ready capabilities
• Contribute to operations, logistics, or program execution
• Work with government stakeholders and procurement teams
• Help us test, break, and improve systems before they matter most

Responsibilities

At Dominion Dynamics, you’ll

• Shape Canada’s future by building real defence capability for the CAF and our allies.
• Make decisions that ship in a high-trust environment with short feedback loops and rapid iteration.
• Move fast, field faster, and work directly with the operator — our systems are in the field with the CAF now.
• Have an impact from day one with equity, responsibility, and direct access to leadership.
