Vendor Management Specialist (Contract)

Role Summary

Evaluate vendors using predefined criteria, supporting streamlined processes and efficient resource acquisition.

Collaborate with teams to clarify data requirements for better data utilization in strategic planning.

Update and maintain vendor databases in Microsoft Excel.

Collect, manage, and analyze data from vendor management systems for insights.

Extract insights from Central Data to ensure data integrity and accurate vendor records.

Create detailed reports to aid decision-making and enhance vendor strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student, preferably from industrial engineering/financial technology/related field.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) for data management and analysis.
• Skilled in creating presentations and dashboards to communicate vendor insights.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems.
• Ability to address vendor management challenges by using data to identify solutions and drive improvements.
• Strong multitasking abilities for vendor data management tasks.
• Able to work for 6 months.
• Willing to work onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang.
