Role Summary
- Responsible for establishing the VCU HIL test process
Responsible for VCU HIL test procedure creation
- Responsible for formulating VCU HIL test plan, writing and managing test cases
Responsible for VCU HIL test plan definition, edition and manage test case
- Responsible for building the VCU HIL test bench
Responsible for VCU HIL test bench establishment
- Responsible for VCU MIL/HIL testing
Responsible for VCU MIL/HIL test
- Responsible for automating HIL testing
Responsible for implementing automation of HIL testing
- Responsible for improving the HIL test plant model
Responsible for refining the HIL plant model
- Responsible for tracking test issues, maintaining BUG lists, and continuously improving testing methods
Responsible for follow-up issues, maintain bug lists, improve test methods
Requirements
1.>More than 5 years of VCU HIL testing experience and understanding of VCU related testing standards
>5 years VCU HIL test experience
- Familiar with VCU test process and test specifications
Familiar with VCU test procedure and standard
- Familiar with HIL bench, bench testing and automated testing
Familiar with HIL test bench, bench test and automated testing tools (eg. ECU-Test)
- Proficient in using CANoe, CANape, INCA, Matlab and other tools
Familiar with CANoe, CANape, INCA, and matlab, etc
- Ability to write automated test scripts
Proficient in writing automated test scripts
- Priority will be given to those with experience in mature mass-produced models
Mature series project experience of VCU is preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above in vehicle control field
Bachelor degree or above with automotive engineering background.
- Proficient English speaking, reading and writing skills
Fluent English skill.
