Role Summary

As a UX Research Executive, you will be the engine room of our end-to-end research execution. This role is perfect for a rising researcher who possesses a deep care for improving digital product experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Research Operations

End-to-End Project Support: Participate actively across the entire life of mixed-methods user research studies, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with senior team members to synthesize data and uncover core trends. You will actively support the development of client-ready reports, helping to turn diverse data points into clear product narratives.

Research Quality & Coordination: Support the smooth running of project timelines, coordinate fieldwork alignment, and maintain data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.

Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Senior Researchers, Ipsos ’ enabling services, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution and project alignment.

The AI Frontier: The Augmented Ipsos Philosophy

At Ipsos , our POV is built on the belief that Human Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence equals the Augmented Ipsos we are building for the future. We expect our UX Research Executives to bring a strong curiosity and openness to this shift:

Experimental Ideology: As a UX Research Executive, you are eager to test, learn, and integrate AI tools into your daily workflows—whether using it to optimize research setups, process initial transcripts, or brainstorm content.

Willingness to Learn & Adapt: You have a foundational grasp of emerging tech and a strong desire to continually lean into how AI can optimize our end-to-end research processes for better speed and agility.

Workflow Optimization: You naturally look for ways to enhance the end-to-end process, finding smart ways to blend technology with human insight to maximize the quality of our outputs.

  • Pace & Passion: Driven by an inherent sense of Curiosity —one of Ipsos ' core values—and a genuine enthusiasm for user-centric digital design within a dynamic team environment.
