Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing strategies related to international live user service, drafting SOPs, and conducting requirement analysis.
• Continuously engage with users and clients to uncover issues and gather feedback, complete requirements collection and interfacing, and enhance user service satisfaction.
• Regularly monitor various project-related data metrics and follow up on project progress to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in the implementation of operational strategies and optimize execution plans based on user feedback.
• Engage in cross-department communication and coordination to improve interdepartmental collaboration efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with fluent English communication and writing skills sufficient for work.
• Strong research, analytical, and documentation writing abilities.
• Excellent logical thinking, adept at analyzing and solving problems, and passionate about challenges.
• Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset.
