HVAD GÅR PROGRAMMET UD PÅ

The Store Manager Trainee program consists of high-quality training in management tools and store management - and is a good combination of theoretical training modules and practical training in the stores. You work closely with other Store Manager Trainees and good mentors.

• You will go through five training modules of one week's duration, which take place at our own training center in HimmerLand
• During the course, you must pass three exams at academy level
• You will be trained in 2-3 mentor stores, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the various Store Managers
• You can expect a study trip to an exciting big city in Europe
• The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to run your own store in the near future.
