As a UX/UI designer in the Doctor Partnerships area, you and your team are responsible for the further development of our products - especially for the doctors page and our partner integrations.

Your tasks

As a UX/UI designer, you are a central part of our product team. You will work closely with experienced UX designers, product managers, developers and stakeholders to continuously improve our doctors' user experience on our doctor platform.

Conception & Design: You create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes and designs for new features and optimizations.

User-centricity through research: You actively support the planning, implementation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g. usability tests, user interviews, surveys).

Data analysis: You help evaluate user feedback and analysis data to derive hypotheses for design decisions.

Collaboration: You are the interface between design and development and ensure that your concepts are technically feasible and implemented precisely.

Design System: You work with our design system, apply it consistently and help with its further development.

Your profile

A great passion for user-centered design and the joy of developing yourself are important qualities that we would like to see in you.

Must haves

Languages: German at a native speaker level is very important to us as well as very good knowledge of English.

Education: A completed degree in the field of UX design, interaction design, media informatics, human-computer interaction or a comparable qualification

Professional UX experience: You already have initial practical experience (3 - 4 years) in UX/UI design

Portfolio: You can show us a meaningful portfolio with work samples that demonstrate your UX design process and your UX and UI skills.

Tools: You are comfortable using common design tools such as Figma, FigJam or similar.

User focus: You have a strong sense of user-centered design and aesthetics and can justify your decisions based on user needs.

Team spirit: You are a communicative team player who likes to give and receive feedback.

Advantages (not a must): Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience in healthcare.
