Role Summary

✅ What will need to be done

  • Analysis of competitors, their UX mechanics and design solutions
  • Formation of product hypotheses together with the Product Manager
  • Development of product logic and functional requirements
  • Creation of wireframes, prototypes and UX-scenarios
  • Development of UX/UI screen design
  • Designing conversion-driven mechanics (paywalls, onboarding, funnels)
  • Preparation of materials for the App Store / Google Play
  • Maintenance of design documentation and support of the design system
  • Communication with developers and transfer of layouts to implementation
  • Post-development UI testing and analysis

Requirements

  • We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us develop mobile products — from market research and UX-solutions to creating interfaces, prototypes, and transferring design to development.
  • For us, design is not just about visual aesthetics. It's about creating an intuitive, convenient, and effective user experience that directly impacts product metrics and business bottom line.
  • We are looking for someone who can think in terms of products, likes to research, works with attention to detail and is ready to take responsibility for their decisions
  • 🛠️ What are we waiting for?
  • 1-2 years of commercial experience in the position of Product Designer / UX/UI Designer;
  • Confident ownership of Figma;
  • Experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications;
  • Experience working with Product Manager on product logic and functionality;
  • Competitive analysis and UX research skills;
  • Understanding User Flow, creating Wireframes and prototypes;
  • Experience in transferring layouts to development and interaction with the engineering team;

Basic understanding of product metrics and product thinking.
