Role Summary

Advisor for the execution and control of the dispatch of tankers in the PLANT.

Serve drivers directly at the PLANT, telephone, Whatsapp or other.

Respond to inquiries regarding CUSTOMER balances, driver and tanker qualifications, etc.

Generate and update the record of drivers, tankers and Tract – Tank links in the SAP system.

Issue, archive and send supporting documentation for records made in SAP.

Coordinate with the PLANT the reception, registration of movements and inventory of additives and products.

Manage the PLUSPETROL user in the Callao Plant for the entry of PLUSPETROL personnel and/or its contractors.

Collaborate in taking inventories of additives and products in coordination with CLIENT.

Prepare manual dispatch guides on occasions where the SAP system for recording dispatch operations is not available, control customer balances and regularize them once available.

Requirements

• Minimum of 01 year experience in commercial areas serving the B2B segment in person and/or by telephone.
• Graduate of industrial engineering/technician or related careers, business administration.

Desirable management of SCOP

• Desirable handling of claims, queries and/or suggestions.
• Use of Microsoft Office
