Role Summary

Supervise and coordinate cargo transportation operations from port to final destination (parks).

Carry out control and monitoring of the status of the transported merchandise, detecting and reporting possible damages during reception, transfer or delivery.

Manage the loading and updating of documentation linked to shipments (shipments, delivery orders, transportation records, etc.).

Coordinate the reception of cargo at the port, ensuring compliance with established operating procedures.

Issue and control dispatch shipments to the different parks.

Prepare reports of incidents associated with transportation (damages, deviations, delays, shortages, among others).

Track operational deviations and collaborate in the implementation of corrective actions.

Maintain communication with carriers, logistics operators and internal teams to guarantee correct traceability of loads.

Requirements

Training and certifications

  • Technical or tertiary training in logistics, transportation, engineering or related fields (desirable).
  • Knowledge in lifting and signaling loads (rigger/slinger or Argentine equivalent) and experience in stowage/mooring special loads.

Experience and technical knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience in port operations with oversized/heavy loads, preferably in wind components (tubular, blades, nacelles).
  • Knowledge of stowage, fastening, protection and specific packaging of wind components; load planes and centers of gravity.
  • Ability to plan and supervise loading/unloading maneuvers, transshipments and terminal storage.
  • Documentation management: cargo manifest, stowage manifest, customs documentation, internal transit permits and security records.
  • Truck driver's license - (EXCLUSIVE)
  • Place of residence: Bahía Blanca. (EXCLUSIVE)
