• Position: Advisory & Transaction Services Expert (M&A / Valuation)
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $80–$120/hour
• Location: Remote
• Role Responsibilities

Design realistic scenarios from your work, including quality-of-earnings (QoE) analyses , working-capital and net-debt analyses , and valuation models .

Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and sound professional judgment.

Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks.

Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance model reasoning and outputs.

Requirements

• Transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS / boutique) and/or corporate development, investment banking, or valuation background.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred

• CPA , and/or ASA / ABV / CFA for valuation-leaning candidates.
• Hands-on ownership of QoE , valuation, or deal models.
