Training as a mechatronics engineer
We are looking for committed and interested trainees for our Hohenwarte location starting on August 23rd, 2027.

The term “mechatronics” refers to the fusion of mechanics, electronics and PC controls. Such systems can be found in every washing machine. They appear much more complex in automated production systems such as assembly lines or power plants.
The possible areas of work for a mechatronics engineer are correspondingly broad. It ranges from assembly and maintenance in industry to the service area.
The training allows for many specializations during the training period.
- Training focuses
- Installing, testing and using PC hardware and software
- Testing, servicing and maintaining mechatronic systems
- Installing electrical circuits and assemblies
- Assembling and dismantling machines, systems and equipment
- Detecting and correcting errors and malfunctions in mechatronic systems
- Pneumatics and hydraulics
Requirements
- Good school leaving certificate
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Manual skills as well as electronic and logical understanding
- Communication and teamwork skills
