Role Summary
The mission is part of the radio deployment and support department of the Defense and Security BU, and more particularly on the SRSA system (Ground-Air Radio System) and other associated systems.
In the SRSA project teams and in close collaboration with technical stakeholders, your mission mainly consists of designing and providing training to end users of the system in its different versions, in particular:
- Collect the training needs expressed by the projects,
- Participate in joint CS GROUP / MINARM working groups for the preparation and design of training modules,
- Design training programs (syllabus) in close collaboration with the technical project teams and SLI stakeholders,
- Prepare training modules and develop educational materials,
- Prepare and lead training sessions mainly intended for military users on MINARM sites,
- Evaluate the skills of trainees and establish training certificates,
Capitalize on trainee feedback to improve future training.
Be proactive in implementing innovative training solutions.
You may be required to provide internal training to new arrivals.
You are responsible for the consistency of the overall user documentation.
You may also be required to intervene for civil air traffic projects.

Requirements
- Bac+5 training, Engineering School or University specialized in the fields of IT and/or telecommunications. You have a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of complex systems engineering, you have initial experience in training or plan to become a trainer.
- You have the ability to understand system and network environments. Knowledge of communications systems and air traffic control would be a plus.
- Your level of English must allow you to exchange and transmit the training content in English.
- If you have an appetite for teaching and technique and you know how to communicate easily in front of an audience, if you are rigorous and you know how to manage priorities, if you know how to make decisions and you have a good spirit of synthesis, then you are the one we are looking for!
