Track Inspector – Railway Inspection in Santarém

Role Summary

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a Road Inspector to join a project in the Santarém area, expected to last 3 years, day and/or night.

Registration and monitoring of the contractor's activities, including

• labor allocation;
• use of equipment;
• applied materials;
• Support to the Inspection Director in terms of planning and cost control, especially in measurements;

Participation in meetings with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of field activities and work carried out by the contractor;
• Continuous monitoring of the execution of railway works (track);
• Organization and permanent monitoring of work, provisional and definitive;
• Control of the implementation of the work and verification of technical aspects along the work fronts;

Requirements

Minimum experience of 3 years in railway works, with a special focus on track work;

Technical skills

• Solid knowledge of technical standards and regulations in the railway sector;
• Ability to read and interpret projects;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (namely Excel).
