Topography Engineer (Railway Works)

Role Summary

The SGS construction team is recruiting for a Surveying Engineer with experience in railway works.

🧩 Your main functions will be

Carrying out topographic surveys and layouts in railway works.

Control and geometric monitoring of the work: layout, profiles, structures, embankments and roads.

Processing of topographic data and preparation of reports.

Coordination with construction management and production teams.

Verification of measurements and technical support during execution.

Requirements

• Training in Surveying Engineering or CFGS in Surveying is required.
• Minimum experience of 1 year in civil works projects; Specific experience in railway work will be valued.
• Knowledge of instrumentation (GPS, total station, leveling...) and topography software.
• Driving license and availability to travel within the province.
• The work is located in the province of Huesca.

Competency profile

Ability to work autonomously, good communication skills with construction and management teams, organization, precision and quality orientation, adaptation to construction environments and problem solving.
