Ticket Center Operator

Role Summary

Purpose of the position

Provide raw materials to printing presses vs production program.

Functions and/or activities

Execute orders prepared by machine (48 hours).

Validation of MP vs. the assortment.

MP cutting according to production schedule.

Loading MP on command (OFFSET) (Oracle).

Polar machine operation.

Adjustment of cuts for different types of materials Cleaning waste and disposal of chemicals (OFFSET-DIGITAL SHEET).

Polar machine cleaning.

Change of blades.

Manage WIP inventory and supplies (OFFSET).

Comply with EHS guidelines.

General support to the department.

Destruction of finished product (Scrap).

Return of material to the warehouse Filling out the machinery checklist.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary / High School
• Knowledge in: Arithmetic and Geometry
• Experience: 6 months in similar position
