Three-shift 24/7 property protection security staff (m/f/d) full-time at Securitas in Lachen, Galgenen, Canton Schwyz, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct indoor and outdoor security patrols to ensure smooth operations of warehouses in a 24/7 three shift environment
• Managing access control to the site, including vehicle and people checks, and ensuring traffic flow
• Initial intervention in emergencies (medical, fire or other) and coordination of emergency services
• Monitoring security systems, including video surveillance and preparing detailed incident reports in German
• Carrying out administrative tasks, receiving and accrediting internal and external people
• You can expect detailed training in your new area of responsibility

Requirements

To overcome this challenge, bring the following with you

Unrestricted willingness to work in three shifts (early, late and night shifts as well as weekends and public holidays).

• In possession of a valid driving license Category B
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2, preferably C1/mother tongue)
• You can communicate in English and can read and understand international papers (at least A2/B1)
• Clean reputation (no entries in the criminal or debt collection register, no ongoing proceedings)
• Resident in Switzerland for at least 5 years
• Good PC knowledge (Windows / IOS / Android)
• No health restrictions that would make standing for long periods of time, lifting loads, climbing stairs or long-distance foot patrols impossible
