Territory Sales Manager - Brussels (Bilingual Flemish & French) at Dexcom in Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and develop a Belgium-based team of 4 sales representatives and a clinical educator to achieve business objectives, with a strong focus on hospital account performance and quality of execution.
  • Represent Belgium within the Benelux management team (BLX LT) and ensure close alignment between field execution in Belgium and Luxembourg and the strategic priorities of the Benelux.
  • Ensure the loyalty and growth of the installed base through proactive and structured account management, rigorous prioritization and an excellent field management cadence (individual interviews, field support, team meetings).
  • Manage commercial planning in Belgium: market segmentation and targeting, translation of priorities into territorial action plans and key accounts, performance monitoring via CRM and analytical tools.

Ensure the preparation and execution of calls for tenders: coordination of the response process, clarification of roles and responsibilities (RACI), mobilization of necessary contributions (value proposition, clinical data, documentation and pricing elements), and monitoring of implementation after award.

  • Maintain clear and visible monitoring of the tender pipeline in Belgium and lead regular internal governance in order to align stakeholders on the status, risks, deadlines and next steps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements related to tenders, including e-invoicing expectations that may influence contract eligibility or execution.
  • Promote and implement strategic business initiatives such as migration to Dexcom G7, AID (Automated Insulin Delivery) systems readiness, healthcare professional engagement, conversion activities and brand awareness development, in partnership with the Marketing and Medical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all HCC, legal and corporate policies, including contractual and pricing frameworks as well as the quality of reporting and administration

Requirements

  • You are a recognized manager, capable of supporting the performance of your teams thanks to clear objectives, a solid managerial structure, field presence and concrete development feedback.
  • You have proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical technology (MedTech) sector and are comfortable in hospital environments as well as managing long-cycle accounts.
  • You have demonstrated experience in the complete management of calls for tenders: analysis of requirements, coordination of stakeholders, planning and submission of high-quality files within tight deadlines.
  • You have strong commercial judgment and know how to find the right balance between value proposition, quality and pricing strategy in a competitive environment.
  • You are comfortable with data analysis and the use of CRM to manage sales performance, establish reliable forecasts and identify growth opportunities.
  • You excel in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence, effectively mobilizing the Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Operations, Finance or IT teams when necessary.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English, in order to interact effectively with customers and colleagues across Belgium.

Training and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) generally required.
  • Between 8 and 12 years of professional experience in the relevant sector.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of managerial or team coordination experience.

  • The annualised base salary for this position is from €73,610.00 to €95,260.00 gross. This is inclusive of holiday pay and the 13th month. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe Benelux à taille humaine, où l’accent est mis sur la concentration, la responsabilité et l’excellence opérationnelle.

En tant que Regional Sales Manager Belgium , vous occuperez un rôle de manager de proximité , combinant leadership et implication terrain. Vous dirigerez une équipe composée de 4 représentants commerciaux et d’un éducateur clinique, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes Market Access, Marketing, Médicales et Opérations afin de soutenir la croissance et l’excellence opérationnelle en Belgique. Le Luxembourg fait également partie du périmètre, dans la mesure où l’un des membres de l’équipe en assure la couverture.

Une responsabilité essentielle du poste consiste à piloter la préparation et l’exécution des appels d’offres en Belgique, en veillant à ce que Dexcom soit systématiquement prêt pour les opportunités à venir et que les soumissions ainsi que leur mise en œuvre après attribution soient réalisées avec rapidité, qualité et coordination transversale.
