Role Summary
About NOCD
NOCD is the nation’s leading tele-health provider specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Through the NOCD app, Members can quickly connect with licensed therapists who specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard for OCD treatment—via live, face-to-face video sessions.
We are transforming mental health care and helping people reclaim their lives. This role is focused on expanding NOCD’s role of working alongside other healthcare professionals and providers. The NOCD provider partnerships team has grown significantly over the past three years and we’re looking for driven sales professionals looking to go the extra mile.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of professional experience of meeting or exceeding expectations.

- A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
This is a base + commission role with a Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000-130,000

What You’ll Actually Do
As a Territory Manager, you won’t just be managing a pipeline from a spreadsheet; you will be the face of NOCD in your community. Your primary mission is to get out into the field, open doors, and build genuine, lasting relationships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems throughout your market.
You will be meeting face-to-face with healthcare providers to challenge outdated referral habits and educate them on the life-changing power of ERP therapy. You are a strategic partner, not just a salesperson. You will leverage data and deep knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry to have sophisticated, high-impact conversations that show providers exactly how NOCD fits into their existing ecosystem. You’ll strategically map out your territory to maximize your impact. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where your drive to meet monthly patient quotas directly translates to more people getting the specialized mental health care they desperately need.
