Role Summary

The Company is looking for a Technical Trainer for the Aftermarket department, who operates in the regions of Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Emilia Romagna.

Main activities

Development of the network of Ate Brake Center authorized workshops in Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Emilia Romagna.

• regular visits to workshops already present in the network
• Delivery and management of training courses
• Support for the preparation of new courses, in coordination with the German parent company
• Sales support and telephone technical assistance for distributors and workshops
• Management of product and equipment issues
• Translation of technical material from HQ

The planned activity will require 30% of the time in training, 70% in the workshop development project, with 50% of the operational time expected off-site.

The workshop project has seen the development of around 500 affiliated workshops in recent years, the aim is to reach 700 units in the next 2 years. The new trainer will follow the regions and will support a resource already present in the company and involved in southern Italy.

After an initial phase of support, he will manage customers independently, reporting to the Sales Director.

Requirements

• We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person, with a good knowledge of the English language, preferably with a degree in Engineering or equivalent culture and experience.
• Our ideal candidate comes from training or service experience within car or industrial vehicle manufacturers, automotive component manufacturers, outsourcing companies for warranty, maintenance, training services, etc.
• He has a sincere passion for technical issues and loves to deal with them personally, having developed excellent manual skills.
