Role Summary

Take samples of beverages, food and water according to the standardized protocol and the schedule established by the operations area.

Execute checklists, based on good food manufacturing practices, to the different customer process areas.

Carry out the delivery of the samples and chain of custody to the laboratory and/or sample center, complying with their cold chain.

Ensure compliance with the verification program of the measurement equipment used in the operation.

Support the packaging of food, beverage and water samples that must be sent to the SGS Laboratory and/or subcontractors.

Execute the delivery of physical laboratory reports to clients, when the service and/or contract requires it.

Requirements

• Academic training: Professionals or technologist in the area of chemistry, food, food quality control, agribusiness and/or related careers.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in work related to taking samples of food, beverages, water.
• Technical knowledge: Experience in food and beverage sampling protocol, good manufacturing practices
• Motorcycle is essential as a means of transportation.
