Role Summary

Academic training

Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance and international business.

Experience: Minimum one year of experience in purchasing IT goods and services.

Technical knowledge

Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Intermediate Excel

Languages: Not applicable.

Responsibilities

• Generation and monitoring of purchase order requests when IT and other sectors require it.
• Coordination with direct IT suppliers for the timely sending of pre-invoices and invoices.
• Coordination with the different IT teams so that the purchasing process becomes increasingly clear, that is, evangelize so that in each request everything necessary is delivered (cost center, sector, subsidiary, quote, etc.) to generate an error-free request.
• In charge of carrying out the closing process each month and ensuring that everything fits financially within the internal systems (QIT, Accept, Power Bi and P&L)

Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday

Modality: In person initially. Subsequently, it presents the option of migrating to a hybrid model.

Salary: 2,200,000 COP

Work or labor contract for 6 months initially. Option to move with an indefinite contract according to performance.
