We are looking for a technology leader

Are you at home in the environment of modern machining centers? Do you understand the physics of the machining process so well that you can optimize where others leave off? We are looking for a key technologist to join our plant in Zvolen, who will take responsibility for the stability, quality and continuous improvement of the machining processes. We are not only looking for a data administrator, but a technical expert with a sense for efficiency and innovation.

Your mission and core competencies

Mastering machining processes: Planning and radical optimization of machining processes to maximize OEE and minimize non-delivery.

Implementation of new projects (NPI): Complex preparation of new lines from the design of layouts, through the processing of FMEA and Flow Charts, to the final launch into serial production.

Technological development: Specification and adoption of new equipment in accordance with strict R&D standards and ergonomic standards.

Analysis and measurement: Performing precise time snapshots and process analyses, which serve as a basis for investment decisions and financial return analyses.

Automotive Excellence: Strict adherence and implementation of APQP standards and internal guidelines.

Bridge-building: Active cooperation with the headquarters in Frankfurt (FfM) and coordination of external suppliers in the installation and modification of technologies.

Requirements

• Technical "Guru": You have deep knowledge in the field of machining technologies (tool geometry, cutting conditions, material engineering).
• Automotive DNA: You know the specifics of automotive production, where quality and process stability are in the first place.
• Drive for improvement: You are a natural innovator who looks for ways to simplify and make processes more efficient (the so-called implementation of "good ideas").
• Analytical pragmatist: You make decisions based on data, you know how to develop action plans and financially defend your technological proposals.
• Communicator: You can argue technically in Slovak and English (communication with Germany).
