Technical Reviewer

Role Summary

Review and validate technical reports, audit findings, and inspection documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.

Evaluate corrective actions presented by customers or facilities in response to non-conformities identified during audits or inspections, verifying their adequacy, completeness and timely implementation.

Identify and flag discrepancies, incomplete data or inconsistent findings in reports, coordinating with auditors and field teams to make corrections, when necessary.

Ensure delivery of all reports within defined deadlines (TAT), monitoring analysis queues and prioritizing workload according to needs.

Stay up to date on QIMA internal standards, regulations and procedures relevant to revised service lines.

Support continuous improvement by identifying patterns in errors and corrective actions, as well as providing feedback to operational teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, Food Engineering, Biology or related field.

Essential English

2 years experience in the Food industry
