About the Company

We are now looking for an employee as Technical Manager E-Compressor Development (m/f/d) to work for a customer in the Munich and Barcelona area. Possibility of a 4-day week!

tasks

Technical responsibility for the development of e-compressors and related components
Control of development projects from the concept phase to series production
Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and coordination with customers and suppliers
Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines
Technical contact for development and product questions

qualification

Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
Several years of experience in the development of e-compressors or similar products
Sound knowledge of product development and technical development processes
Experience in project management and working with various stakeholders
Good knowledge of German and English
