Role Summary

As part of the deployment of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, the Migration Technical Leader manages all technical activities related to data migrations (ETL: Extract, Transform and Load). He is responsible for the quality, consistency and monitoring of the migration processes carried out in coordination with the business and technical teams, as well as the subcontractors involved.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the migration process

• Apply the complete data migration process (ETL – Extract, Transform, Load).
• Coordinate migration activities with the subcontractor in charge of business data migration (TAS Business Data), upon request (by product, project or program).
• Guarantee the proper execution of the extraction, transformation and loading phases.

1. Data analysis and preparation

• Analyze data throughout the migration process.
• Prepare the necessary information for the business teams (TAS Business): data cleaning, test review, validation.
• Identify and document deviations and anomalies detected during validations.

1. Reporting and tracking progress

• Create and consolidate reports produced by Connect* tools to provide clear monitoring of the progress of migrations.
• Communicate key performance indicators and identified risks.

1. Support and incident resolution

• Act as a technical referent for the management of incidents related to the migration orchestrator and the associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate problem resolution in conjunction with IT, Business teams and external partners.

1. Technical documentation

• Update the technical migration documentation according to the needs and developments of the project.
• Contribute to the capitalization and continuous improvement of the migration process.

Requirements

Technical skills

• Mastery of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Good knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (Dassault Systèmes).
• Experience in data analysis, validation, cleansing and reporting.
• Knowledge of migration monitoring and orchestration tools (Connect*, etc.).

Transversal skills

• Rigor, autonomy and sense of organization.
• Ability to interact with technical and business contacts.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Training and experience

• Bac+5 in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in a PLM/3DEXPERIENCE context.
• Position based on customer site (or hybrid depending on context).
• Close collaboration with technical teams (CIMPA, Dassault, subcontractors) and business teams (TAS Business).
• Languages: French and professional English required.
