Technical-functional expert - EAM/CMMS - Business Line Solutions & Expertises - Ile-de-France

Role Summary

Based in Toulouse, Lyon or Paris, the Solutions and Expertise Business Line is looking for Business-functional Consultants to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) center of expertise to support our clients in facing their challenges of today and tomorrow (transformation of maintenance/asset management processes & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), and the integration, deployment & support of their software package in close collaboration with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, etc.).

You operate in an environment that values expertise and digital transformation (IoT, AI and data) in varied business contexts: Aeronautics, Transport, Energy, Defense and Security, Retail, Public Sector, etc.

Your role and missions

You frame and define Business strategies (understanding operational issues, running workshops with Businesses and participating in strategic discussions, etc.)

You map the existing situation (processes, data, roles) and define the operational target (processes, asset management, interventions, stocks, purchases, planning)

• You participate in the construction of the Customer roadmap (priorities, quick wins, governance, KPIs, etc.)
• You design innovative solutions in compliance with the product standard (studies/scoping, design, documentation, test cases)
• You train key users/jobs in change management (support)

You are part of a monitoring and innovation approach (Maintenance 5.0, IoT, AI and Cloud).

Technical environment

Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source.

Related technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle).

Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.

Requirements

• You benefit from a good command of IBM Maximo Applicaiton Suite as well as associated technologies (IOT, Cloud, ERP).
• You will demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

You are proactive and speak English fluently

• Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent with a focus in IT, you have at least 5 years in software solution integration projects in the field of maintenance (EAM/CMMS) and significant experience as a technical architect.
