Role Summary
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Facility for our European head office in Oegstgeest
- Employee to strengthen our team. Our head office is a 6-storey sustainable building
- including innovation facilities (BREEAM 'Very Good'), was opened in 2014 and offers space
approximately 450 employees. As a Technical Facility Employee you are responsible for a broad...
range of work on equipment and building structure on and around our location. You care
ensure that the facilities are in top condition to guarantee our business continuity.
Independently carrying out minor technical repairs and maintenance jobs on location.
Engaging and managing external specialists for technical issues or large-scale maintenance.
Identifying and accurately reporting malfunctions to building-related installations in the management system.
Monitor the progress and quality of the work carried out by external parties.
Supporting facility services at the head office and R&D location in Leiden
Administrative work such as maintaining floor plans, checking technical drawings, invoicing, supporting audits.
Ensuring safe working methods in accordance with the Environment, Health & Safety guidelines.
Continuously assess processes and seek improvements.
Follow up on malfunctions outside office hours
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Completed technical MBO 4 training
- In possession of driving license B
- In possession of VCA and VOP NEN3140 (or willingness to obtain these)
- Good command of Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Priva is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and logical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team and to contribute to team objectives.
- Driven by productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness.
