Job description

Location:: Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong
Work arrangement:: On-site

Technical Executive (Hardlines - Physical) at SGS in Fanling, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Role Summary

Mainly review and prepare test results and reports generated in laboratory
Review and analyse test results generated from the laboratory testing activities
Identify prospective compliance issues/ data inconsistency if any
Provide technical advice/ response to internal and external parties
Ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties/ tasks as require

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Physics/ Engineering/ Testing Science or any equivalent discipline
1-2 year of relevant experience in physical testing with QA experience in toys / cookware / eyewear / furniture is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Mature, proactive and presentable
Be analytical, detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS office
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
