Technical Due Diligence Consultant (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Planning, guidance and implementation of projects as part of technical due diligence

Participation in the purchase and sale review of existing properties and project developments of all asset classes (construction sub-area), e.g. E.g. document review, property inspection, technical assessment (cost determination & review of construction and planning requirements) as well as reporting

• Presentation & discussion of TDD results with customers in German and English
• Planning, instructions and implementation of internal quality control (costs and reports – CONSTRUCTION sub-area)
• Participation in the design of new business areas such as: B. Life cycle considerations of real estate portfolios

Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering, facility management, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. B. completed technical vocational training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar position or in the area of technical property management, corporate real estate or similar.
• Enjoy working together in interdisciplinary project teams across different locations
• Flexibility in thinking and acting independently, combined with a good external appearance and good communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, acquisition talent and customer-oriented behavior
• Structured, independent and analytical way of working
• Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
