Technical consultant / Application instructor for floor systems

Role Summary

Development of the program, especially within the overall program "Sika Target Market Flooring" and the program "Sealing and gluing" for the installation of floor coverings, in accordance with the requirements of customers and the market.

Practical presentations and promotion of products and solutions to all target groups on the market (contractors, investors, architects), as well as within society.

Preparation of sales samples, exhibition samples and test surfaces.

Organization and implementation of training for contractors in accordance with corporate and local guidelines.

Organization and maintenance of internal presentations and presentations at events for key stakeholders (designers, architects, planners, consultants, etc.).

Providing technical support to contractors and other target groups in the field, including preparation of appropriate reports for relevant stakeholders.

Daily communication with existing customers and investors, building business relationships and providing appropriate technical and other support.

Effective cooperation and teamwork with all departments of Sika Croatia in order to ensure quality service.

Preparation of promotional materials for digital and other media and participation in marketing and other activities (eg fairs, professional articles, etc.).

Updating technical product documentation and customer database.

Participation in trainings and other events in the country and abroad.

Participation in the complaint resolution process.

Reporting in accordance with superior's instructions.

Carrying out other tasks according to the order of the superior.

Requirements

• At least completed high school diploma (preferably technical).
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in working with target groups.
• High level of independence in work.
• Expressed organizational skills, proactivity and responsibility in the execution of work tasks.
• Developed communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Active knowledge of the English language in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of working in the MS Office package.
• Category B driver's license.
• Willingness to frequent business trips and work in the office and in the field throughout Croatia, depending on business needs.
