Role Summary

Your future working environment

You are joining a dynamic agency which has more than 370 employees spread across the Paris region. Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you are required to evolve within Sopra Steria internal teams in outsourcing type services or you are directly integrated into client teams.

The agency markets its activities to large account clients belonging to the Banking, Insurance, Social Protection, Retail & Automotive, Public Service and Health, Social and Employment sectors, and many others.

Your daily missions

In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Techlead DevOps engineer.

You manage non-production environments

You are responsible for and/or coordinate the environment occupation plan by the different squads, in conjunction with the RTEs and integration squads of other tribes;

You ensure that the environments are operational (availability, integrity, data) and interconnected (legacy);

You define and/or coordinate with the bases the implementation of the necessary technical developments (infra, network, etc.);

You design, coordinate and/or execute technical and system integration tests (SIT).

You manage production environments

• You prepare the implementation of the production;
• You analyze and resolve incidents;
• You monitor production;

You are in performance support.

You participate in the implementation, maintenance and optimization of continuous integration pipelines for Java applications.

You offer new solutions to optimize the software production chain (continuous integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, performance monitoring, etc.).

The technical scope is as follows

• Development environment: Java, Eclipse, Maven;
• Source code management: Git, SVN;
• Continuous integration, testing and code quality: Jenkins, Groovy, Nexus, Sonarqube;
• Runtime: Tomcat, Docker, Openshift, EKS, Websphere;
• Release management: Jira, XL Release;

Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace.

Requirements

• With Master 1 or 2 engineering school training or equivalent training, you have several years of experience in a Production Engineer position and have moved to or wish to improve your skills in a Techlead position.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to adapt to your “business” or “technical” interlocutors. You have excellent writing skills in both French and English.
