Tech Lead RPA (UiPath) - 100% Remoto

Role Summary

At Expleo we are looking for a Technical Leader in RPA (UiPath) to design and coordinate innovative solutions that transform processes in large companies. Responsibilities

• What will you do at Expleo?
• Design robust and secure RPA architectures using UiPath (onPrem and Cloud).
• Define standards, good practices and development guides for the team.
• Lead the implementation of end-to-end robotic processes (analysis, design, development, testing, putting into production).
• Coordinate and supervise a team of 5 people (developers and monitoring specialists).
• Assign tasks, track progress and ensure compliance with deadlines and KPIs.
• Integrate RPA with internal systems (ERP, CRM, PowerPlatform, APIs).
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and corporate security policies.

Requirements

What will make you succeed

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.
• +5 years in RPA automation projects.
• Demonstrable experience in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights).
• Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Advanced knowledge of integration with business systems and APIs.
• High level of English (fluent communication).
• UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
• Valuable experience in the insurance sector.
