Tech Lead Java - Services Financiers – Rouen

Role Summary

Integrated within the agency's technological expertise center, you will work transversally within multidisciplinary project teams.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the promising projects of our key account clients (digital courses, orchestration solution, desktop publishing, software architecture) with the support of the center's various communities and our numerous certification courses.

Technological ecosystem: Java, Javascript, Angular, REST, SOAP, Spring, hibernate, Spring Batch, TypeScript…

The mission

You coordinate development actions within the project.

You are responsible for the design and quality of the code.

You support the team in its development of skills.

You validate the costings of technical solutions in line with the client's strategy.

You participate in the effort of monitoring, innovation and technological excellence.

You bring your expertise during the pre-sales and commercial action phases to support the development of the agency.

You contribute to the animation of the Tech community: sharing of know-how, feedback, project presentation, participation in recruitment, possibility of becoming a trainer...

Requirements

• You have good analytical skills, solid software design skills, you are an experienced frontend and backend developer.
• With a Bac + 5 type training (Engineering school or equivalent training), you have at least 4 years of technical experience in design and programming on technologies such as Java, Angular, Spring Batch.
• You demonstrate strong adaptation skills, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
• Mastery of continuous integration concepts and Agile methods would be a plus.
