Role Summary

Your future work environment

Lead the design and development of ambitious Java solutions, providing your technical expertise on complex subjects.

Supervise and support a team of passionate developers (7-8 people), ensuring skills development and the sharing of best practices.

Guarantee code quality and security through continuous improvement, automated test coverage and reduction of technical debt.

Carry out code reviews (PR/MR) and provide technical support to the team.

Build and optimize integration and continuous deployment chains (CI/CD), ensuring the industrialization of DevOps practices.

Be a force for proposals on technological innovation and software architecture.

Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Safe) and support the evolution of projects in collaborative mode.

Requirements

• Trained in an engineering school or graduated from a Master 2 in Computer Science or equivalent, you have initial experience (including internship) in application development.
