Tech Lead Java - Services Financiers - Niort

Role Summary

You will join the Niort agency, established for 20 years, on a human scale and renovated in 2024. You will join teams working in various functional areas such as insurance and social protection as well as services.

Integrated within the agency's technological expertise center, you will work transversally within multidisciplinary project teams.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the promising projects of our key account clients (digital courses, orchestration solutions, desktop publishing, software architecture, data, cloud) with the support of the center's various communities and our numerous certification courses.

Technological ecosystem: Azure, Micro Services, JAVA 17+, React, Kotlin, Spring, Spring Boot, Web Flux, JUnit, REST API, GIT, Jenkins, Gradle, Docker.

Your role and missions

• As part of your role as JAVA Tech Lead, here are the tasks that will be entrusted to you:
• Coordination of development actions within the project
• Guarantee of design and code quality
• Supporting the team in its skill development
• Validation of costings for technical solutions consistent with the client's strategy
• Participation in monitoring, innovation and technological excellence efforts

Contribution of your expertise during the pre-sales and commercial action phases to support the development of the agency.

Contribution to the animation of the Tech community: sharing of know-how, feedback, project presentation, participation in recruitment, possibility of becoming a trainer...

You may be required to work on innovative projects such as Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

• With a Bac + 5 type training (Engineering School or equivalent training), you have 5 years as a Technical Expert or Tech-lead on significant integration projects.
• You master WEB technologies (React JS and/or Angular) and JAVA.
• Microservices, Domain Driven Design, containerization, CI/CD, DevSecOps are words that are part of your vocabulary.
• You have excellent agile teamwork skills.
• A true technical referent, you offer innovative solutions in line with project challenges and customer needs.
• You particularly enjoy teamwork.
• You reveal and support talents within teams.
