Tech Lead Java – Generative AI - Financial Services - Ile de France

Role Summary

Within our project squads, you will be fully involved in all phases of our projects on behalf of major clients, thus contributing to their success. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and functional skills in depth, to contribute to the development of projects using Generative AI, while working on demanding and exciting projects on behalf of major clients.

The mission

You will evolve within a development team and thus assume the role of technical referent, ensuring code quality, compliance with best practices, and technical resolution of complex problems:

You work in an Agile context

You participate in defining the technical architecture of generative AI solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, robust, and aligned with the expected objectives of integrating AI models

You guarantee good project practices and ensure the quality of developments

You are a source of proposals within the technical committees and maintain a privileged link with the solution architect to define the directions of the product and guarantee quality and safety standards.

You set up and maintain continuous integration chains (CI/CD) in a DevOps context

You supervise and support the development team in a dedicated cloud environment.

• You stay up to date with the latest advances in generative AI and the integration of new associated technologies
• You are an actor in our technical community and contribute to technological monitoring
• You work in a rich and innovative technical environment:
• Programming languages: Java, Java script, HTML, CSS, Python
• Front: Angular, React, Vue.js
• Cloud & DevOps tools: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, CloudFront), GC P, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• AI Gen Practices: AI API Integration, Performance Optimization, Global State Management, Accessibility
• Development tools: Git, Gitlab, StoryBook • AI Gen models: AWS Bedrock
• Microservice architecture

Requirements

• Do you have a strong appetite for team management and want to take responsibility?
• You have experience in Front and Back development and expertise in generative AI, including experience integrating generative AI APIs offered by Market Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Are you versatile and have good interpersonal skills? We offer you a tailor-made course allowing you to progress quickly in your career.
• Are you motivated to join a dynamic and expanding sector, within an ambitious group?
• Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in a Java developer position. You absolutely have experience on AI model integration projects, and in an Agile environment.
