Tech Lead EAM/GMAO - Business Line Solutions et Expertises - Toulouse

Role Summary

Based in Toulouse, Lyon or Paris, the Solutions and Expertise Business Line is looking for Technical-functional Consultants to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) center of expertise to support our clients in facing their challenges of today and tomorrow (transformation of the Information System & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), and the integration, deployment & support of their software package in close collaboration with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, etc.).

You will work within a project team with our clients, or on our back-office sites, in various business contexts: Aeronautics, Transport, Energy, Defense and Security, Retail, Public Sector, etc.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical activities for all aspects of the project, vis-à-vis the client, project management or functional stakeholders, in conjunction with the project architects

• Lead and supervise a production team (work organization, workload management, etc.) and technical communities
• Participate in architectural & technical activities (studies, design, documentation, tests),
• Integrate into an industrial approach and implement good design, development and configuration management practices with your team
• Pass on your know-how to more junior consultants
• Environments and tools
• Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source.
• Related technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle).
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7-8 years on software solution integration projects in the field of maintenance (EAM/CMMS), including at least 4 years in the role of Tech Lead.

Skills

• Mastery of EAM/CMMS solutions (IBM Maximo, Carl Software, Infor EAM).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, ORACLE), REST API, ERP integration.
• Soft skills: Autonomy, sense of customer service, ability to lead teams, fluent English.
• Bac+5 (Engineer or Master) in IT, industrial maintenance or equivalent
