Team Leader Supply Chain Planning (m/f/d)
Your tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in supply chain planning as well as targeted further development of employees through regular discussions, feedback and promotion of individual strengths
• Creation of clear structures, transparency and commitment in collaboration within the team
• Coordination and continuous optimization of processes and workflows in supply chain planning
• Implementation of best practices to sustainably increase efficiency and transfer knowledge
• Monitoring of inventories, depreciation values and product availability including deriving suitable measures
• Close coordination with manufacturers and internal interfaces to continuously improve product availability
• Preparation, analysis and interpretation of key figures as well as deriving well-founded recommendations for action

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the technical and/or disciplinary management of teams as well as in the targeted further development of employees
• Strong ability to structure teams, provide orientation and ensure commitment and transparency in collaboration
• High affinity for interdisciplinary collaboration and the ability to pragmatically bring together different interests
• Experience in dealing with key figures and deriving measures to control teams and processes
• Structured, independent way of working and strong solution orientation
• Completed electrical engineering or commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade
• First to several years of experience in the supply chain environment or in goods procurement is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of using SAP and ideally an IMS solution (e.g. Slim4)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Confident appearance when working with internal and external partners
