Teamleiter Logistics Store Support (M/W/D) at JYSK in Zarrentin am Schaalsee, MV, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Logistics branch interface
• You ensure timely deliveries to our branches and end customers and work closely with carriers, JYSK stores and JYSK customer service
• You plan and control orders, keep an eye on delivery dates and ensure product availability
• You check stock-outs and inform the responsible people and departments
• If inventory adjustments are made, you will clarify the situation and make inventory corrections in collaboration with everyone involved
• IT location
• You are responsible for local IT and, as a team leader, ensure smooth processes in SAP EWM
• Leadership
• You work with reports and KPIs, derive needs for action and implement them
• You improve processes and coordinate changes with everyone involved
• You lead, motivate and develop your team of 5-7 people, give clear tasks and support the training of new colleagues

Requirements

• you communicate clearly, structured and convincingly
• have professional experience in logistics or a comparable area
• have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• have experience with logistics IT systems and tools, especially SAP
• You have experience in dealing with customers and knowledge of working with different stakeholders. You enjoy working in a cross-functional, international environment
• have very good written and spoken German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel: 3-4 trips per year
