Role Summary

2 main missions

Maximize the ecological performance of sites: optimization of utilities (water, steam, hot, cold, compressed air), improvement of energy efficiency, electrical engineering, PV

Maximize the performance of installations: design/installation of decarbonizing equipment (PAC, biomass, etc.), mechanical engineering, regulatory maintenance

Defense Environment Services, subsidiary of Veolia Energie Performance, expert in Industrial Infrastructure Management, dedicated to complex environments in the defense and nuclear fields is recruiting a Permanent Occupant Services Team Leader

As part of a Facility Management contract for the benefit of Multi-services services, your missions are as follows:

Supervision and coaching of the operational team, ensuring that everyone understands their responsibilities and achieves their objectives (KPI, coactivity, etc.).

Planning and organization of resources to ensure operations are carried out efficiently.

Monitoring the team's results and performance indicators, implementing corrective actions if necessary.

Handling problems and emergency situations, finding appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Training and skills development of team members, by identifying their needs and implementing support plans.

Regular communication with team members to share information, goals and guidelines.

Collaboration with other departments or services to ensure coordination and optimization of operational processes.

Compliance with safety standards, internal procedures and regulations in force.

Occasional travel is required for training

Requirements

• You have a BAC+2 degree (BTS, DUT, etc.) and have similar experience in field management and multi-service contract management.
• You are responsive, customer satisfaction oriented and able to solve problems
