Team Leader Engineering

Role Summary

Reporting to the Toulouse Business Agency Director and the Manager of the Engineering Domain, your main missions will be the supervision and support of a technical team, the provision of technical expertise in a field linked to Engineering, business management and participation in the commercial development of the agency to thus contribute to its performance, the position is based in Colomiers.

Responsibilities

• Team Leader: You report to the manager of Domain Engineering.
• You also participate in achieving the financial objectives of the domain and the agency.
• Team management: recruit, support the development of people and skills, monitoring of the HR cycle (annual interviews, definition of objectives, salary review, annual bonus campaign).
• Technical expertise: You will bring your technical skills to the framing of projects and the improvement of team skills.
• Project management: Project management, performance management, customer relations and operational management of the team. Guarantor of deliveries in terms of quality and deadlines.
• Participate in the management of resources and skills.
• Business development: Contribute to pre-sales activities, identify and convert new opportunities by providing technical solutions to customers.
