Role Summary
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Team Leader, Central Relationship Managers (C-RMs), you will lead a team of C-RMs who's role is to engage with current and potential wealth management clients via a diverse set of communications channels (phone, email, text) to deepen relationships and set appointments on behalf of Wealth Management Team (WMT) partners. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of trust with C-RM Associates to empower their success within the C-RM role and support their development for future career advancement opportunities. In addition, you will serve as the C-RM leader liaison within geographically aligned Wealth markets. In this capacity, you will work with other WMT function leaders to foster best practices and drive consistency in our standards of care for clients and Associates.

- Your demonstrated strength in managing change, including communications that foster desired culture and outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with understanding of client service, operations, and business processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Series 63, 7, 9, 10 licenses required prior to hire

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Engage with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquires which may include providing product and service level guidance, processing transactions to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests
Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for various client situations. Own the management of the case, research the issue and communicate the solution to the client
Uncover opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client’s financial success and partner with the Financial Consultant to further discuss with the client
Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests
Conduct pro-active outbound calls to communicate resolution to the client or secure additional information to close out the request
The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
