Role Summary

We are looking for motivated tax clerks or tax specialists (m/f/d) from November/December 2026 in Bielefeld (North). Therefore, you must have successfully completed the training.

Our tax specialists are supported by three tax consultants in completing their tasks such as accounting and wage preparation as well as the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns. It is my goal that tax specialists continue to develop and become better.

Responsibilities

Pay slips (0-30%)

• Preparation of tax returns for companies and private individuals in compliance with current tax regulations (30%).
• Preparation and support for tax audits as well as maintaining contact with tax authorities.
• Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements and financial accounting (40-70%).
• Ongoing training and application of new digital technologies to optimize office processes.
• You get a client base, but you also get other additional work so that you can develop.

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax clerk or comparable qualification.
• Experience with digital accounting and tax software solutions.
• Teamwork and communication skills to work in a collaborative environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn to keep up with the latest developments in tax law.
• Reliability and accuracy when processing client concerns.
